We had a wonderful trip to Washington DC (two weekends ago, at this point) to celebrate my Aunt’s graduation from George Washington University (she earned a Master’s in International Development — oooof, I hope I don’t have that wrong). The trip consisted mainly of the ceremony, time catching up with my aunt (my dad, her oldest sibling, joined us as well), having great food (Mexican, Cuban, and then Greek/Lebanese/Turkish), and squeezing in short visits to the Air and Space museum and the Botanical Gardens.
